These patented Devin Gold Vortex Drop Riffle (VDR) mats are made with larger wash plants in mind. The vortex cells are slightly bigger as are the mats themselves so they can handle extra volume and go longer in between cleanouts. Fine gold losses from large operations can be significant - be sure to get as much as possible out of every yard run!
These VDR mats are designed in several unique sizes to fit the sluices of trommels and larger production machines for operations that move multiple yards per hour.
Most of the gold remaining in placer deposits is fine gold so make sure you have specialized matting to ensure all that flour gold it ends up in a jar instead of in the tailings. On a large operation even a bit of extra recovery can really move the needle and shift a struggling mine into a profitable one.
